I was just watching the Special K commercial, you know the one that all the girls get on the different scales and instead of a number there is a word (beautiful, sexy, smart, loving) the size you usually see is beautiful..&& they are trying to make you see that no matter what "size" or "shape" you are that you are beautiful just the way you are! Bruno Mars does an awesome job explaining that in his song called 'Just the Way You Are'. The song starts out

I love this song.. &&everytime I hear it I feel a bit better about myself. Yeah I had a baby, and wanted to lose the weight but I didn't do anything about and now I'm "paying" for it! I am confident and comfortable in my "new" body!!! Its taken me a bit to realize it but, I AM BEAUTIFUL! I AM STRONG! I AM ME! Take it or leave it! :) I have a husband who loves me! & a son who needs a confident mother, who can focus all her attention on him (more or less)! I am ME && I am BEAUTIFUL! I believe EVERYONE needs to hear that they are beautiful, just the way they are!!!!! :) I think that's the end of my post today! :) haha the end?
